Moonlight Midwifery & Montrice LLC is established to help bridge the gaps in maternal care, ensuring every family has access to professional, safe, respectful, and empowering support. Our services are tailored with you in mind. Our model of care offers evidence‑based care while honoring each family’s choice of autonomous, informed, collaborative care. My goal is to strengthen community‑based care by uplifting families and supporting the network of professionals who serve them.
All visits are private pay. Insurance will be submitted for laboratory services when applicable.
A superbill is provided for each visit, and many HSA companies will reimburse or cover these services.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, Venmo, cash, and check. I strive to remain mindful of individual circumstances. Please feel comfortable reaching out if a personalized financial plan is needed.

A La Carte Sessions
Preconception
This visit gives you space to pause, ask questions, and prepare your body and mind for a healthy pregnancy. Together, we review your health history, lifestyle, cycle patterns, and any concerns or hopes you’re carrying into this next chapter.
Prenatal
This Visit gives you unhurried time to check in on both your baby and yourself. We review your physical well‑being, emotional landscape, questions, and any changes since your last visit. Reach out to learn more about this service.
Postpartum
This visit offers steady, compassionate support as you navigate the early weeks of life with your new baby. We check in on your physical recovery, emotional well‑being, feeding goals, and any questions or challenges that have surfaced
Sibling Sessions
This hands‑on, child‑friendly prenatal visit, which often helps big siblings feel confident, included, and excited about welcoming a new baby. We explore what newborns are like, how siblings can safely help, and what to expect during the early days at home.
Private Newborn Care Class
This class gives growing families a calm, confidence‑building introduction to life with a newborn. We cover the essentials—feeding cues, diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, safe sleep, and understanding normal newborn behavior and much more!
Belly Mapping
Belly mapping is a gentle, hands‑on session that helps you understand your baby’s position. Offering clarity, connection, and practical guidance—whether that’s simple positioning tips, comfort measures, or ways to support optimal fetal positioning.
SNEAK PEEK
Too excited to wait? Find out your baby’s sex as early as 6 weeks with a simple blood draw. This quick, reliable lab test gives you accurate results long before an ultrasound can, offering an exciting first peek into who you’re growing.
Genetic Testing
Our practice trusts MYRIAD Genetics. Their Prequel® & Foresight® tests are non-invasive prenatal screening tests (NIPT). These are the only cell-free DNA screen that delivers clear answers to over 99.9% of patients as early as 10 weeks. *This service requires a prenatal visit & testing can be filled with under insurance.
Lab Draws
Yes — we are able to collect labs when indicated. Comprehensive prenatal and postpartum lab work is an essential part of evidence‑based, high‑quality care, helping us support you with clarity and confidence throughout your journey.
Placenta Encapsulation
Highest Safety Standards- Our placenta encapsulation specialists have completed an OSHA-approved Bloodborne Pathogen & Infection Control Training, hold Alabama's Food Handler's Certification, and adhere to meticulous sanitation standards to ensure you receive the highest quality finished product.
